Labor Day weekend brought out numorous campers who engaged in a fun filled weekend. Whether they were canoeing or snoozing, the weekend was a success, with many great memories we're sure were taken home.

Friday, September 4

3:00p Check-In begins at Shelter(park in parking lot, walk to shelter to pay and receive site information)

3:00-7:30 Craft Tent Open to start Family Banner or Family Crest

7:30-9:00 Battle Plans at the Shelter (Band, Activity, Speaker, Kid's Ministry)

9:30-10:00 Late Night Scavenger Hunt Meet at the Campfire (flashlight needed)

Saturday, September 5

9:00-1:00 Canoe Trip, Grand River: Sign up Required (3 hr. paddle)

Any Time Family Challenges (craft tent open for banners/crests)

Any Time Visit the Nature Center

Any Time Try the Challenge Course

1:30-3:00 Canoe Trip: Flat River Near the Showboat : Sign up Required 1 hour (paddle around Lowell, easy for kids and novice paddlers)

2:00-6:00 Tie-Dye at Craft Tent

3:30 Carpetball & Bean Bag Tournaments begin (All Ages)

7:30-9:00 Battle Plans @ Shelter (Band, Activity, Speaker, Kid's Ministry)

9:15-10:00 Dave and the Giant Pickle Veggie Tale Movie @ shelter


Sunday, September 6

10:00-11:00 Javelin Throw, Sling Shot Competition & water balloon bullseye

11:00-12:00 Battle Plans @ the Shelter (Band, Activity, Speaker, Kid's Ministry)

12:00-1:00 All Camp Lunch (Walking Tacos & Goliath size Sundae’s) all provided

1:30 -5:00 Sessions Lake State Park for the afternoon. (We will bring canoes for those who prefer to do shorter canoeing time at the lake no sign-up needed. You will still need a sticker or a $6 day pass)

7:30 Wacky Family Talent Show – each family show off your talent


Monday, September 7

9:00-12:00 Left Over Breakfast Pot Luck at the Main bonfire
